I was really looking forward to eating this, but main essentials for dish were not available ( seems whole of Surrey was cooking Thai??!! I don’t think so Hubby!) so— dish is going to be too basic:( There were no lime leaves ( I put in curry leaves). No lemon grass- I had to put in lime rind and minimal lime juice. It’s not going to do it, but hey, you work with what you have right 🤷‍♀️ Btw: results of this were actually amazing good! 😂 was NOT expecting that 😂
