Peanut Noodle Salad with Satay Tempeh

Not for us. We made it with the matching sauce recipe and it was overall sloppy and gluggy. Can't imagine the calories with the average serving having nearly a 1/4 jar of peanut butter. The salt content must be excessive too - so much soy sauce. Wasn't a fast meal either, too.mych prep time. Even my 20 yo son who eats anything made a slice of toast instead. Inedible.

Si eres despistado como yo y en vez de comprar ramen compras noodles de huevo, entonces para darles sabor riquísimo puedes agregarlo un poco de crema de cacahuate, limón, gengibre en polvo, ajo en polvo, salsa de soya y sazonador de pollo o vegetales y quedan riquísimos y ya después puedes prepararlos tal y como dice está receta.
