Step 1
Cook your udon or pasta of choice and mix the sauce together in the meantime
Step 2
When pasta is ready, save a bit of water (~1/4 cup) and drain the rest of the water. Mix the sauce, pasta and water together until the water has evaporated and serve with sesame seeds and chopped scallion. Bon appétit!
