Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet.

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, shredded Parmesan, and grated Parmesan.

Spread ranch dressing over each chicken breast, then top with the Parmesan-panko mixture.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Remove from the oven, sprinkle the shredded provolone over the chicken, and return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
