This keto coconut shrimp is crispy, full of flavor, and low carb. I use ground pork rinds for the coating to make it keto approved, and pair it with a sriracha dipping sauce. The coconut shrimp recipe can be made in the air fryer or deep fryer, and I have the keto version and traditional recipe.
