Instructions
Step 1
Be sure to remove the beef steak from the fridge 30 minutes before use to bring it to room temperature. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.
Step 2
Coat the beef cutlet in flour, egg, and then panko. Make sure to shake off the excess.
Step 3
Heat the frying oil to 375F.
Step 4
Deep-fry the steak for a total of 1 minute to make rare. I cooked for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
