Under 30 minutes

This is now my go-to for breakfast, lunch, brunch.... Really easy to make and the tortilla wrap just adds a nice bit of texture that you don't get from a normal egg wrap. A great base to add whatever flavours that you want. Just chuck in things that need to be used up.
