How to Make Wagyu Burger Recipe?

I used 1lb of meat and dialed it back on the tomato sauce. I also added a bit of Worcestershire. I also sauteed red onions and mushrooms and melted some provolone and cheddar on top. The flavor was great. The cook time was accurate. The only issue I was having was trying to keep the meat from falling apart. Maybe there's a trick to it?
