star anise, coriander seeds, cardamon rice, cinnamon and fennel seeds

¼ cupvegetable bullion
2 tspsalt
2 ozginger
sliced
0.5onion
large, or 1 small onion
1.5 ozrock sugar
or 1 tbsp table sugar
water
1 packagetofu
1 Tbspolive oil
½ tspsalt
½ tspblack pepper
Rice noodles
blanched
cilantro
bean sprouts
Hoisin Sauce
Sriracha
Instructions
Step 1
Broth Instructions:
Step 2
Simmer for 30-45 minutes.
Step 3
Scoop out onion, ginger and spices.
Step 4
Crispy Tofu instructions:
Step 5
Slice tofu and pat dry tofu with a paper towel.
Step 6
Air Fry at 374F for 20 minutes or bake at 400F for 22-23 minutes.
Step 7
For each bowl:
Step 8
Add rice noodles and crispy tofu to bowl. Add vegetables from soup and top with cilantro and bean sprouts. Fill the bowl with broth and add hoisin sauce and sriracha to taste.
