½ cupchickpeas

½ cupcucumbers
chopped

⅓ cupfeta cheese crumbled

2 tablespoonsred onion
finely chopped

artisan lettuce
chopped

2 cupskumato tomatoes
sliced

4 ounceswhole kernel sweet corn
drained

¼ cupolive oil

¼ cuplemon

1 tablespoonred wine vinegar

½ cupsour cream
or greek yogurt

1 teaspoondried mint

½ teaspoongarlic powder

to taste

pepper

4pitas
round, or gyro bread
Instructions
Step 1
Assemble the salad in a bowl and mix the dressing ingredients together.
Step 2
Pour dressing over salad and mix.
Step 3
Soften your pita or gyro bread on the stove top by heating for 1 minute on each side.
Step 4
Scoop salad into pita bread and roll into a wrap. Enjoy!
