Soup maker leek and potato soup

I added garlic powder and salt and pepper. Also didn't have a soup maker so boiled 30 minutes on stove and didn't smooth it I kinda like chunks in ny soups lol but I love it, I also love onions I kinda didn't measure anything I just cooked it how it said and measured it the way I thought looked good haha but def. A keeper will have to make again!

It kinda taste like onion but I don't like onion that much.But the potato flavor and the taste soo good! But I suggest you add double the potato.And maybe add sesoning to it. And cut the onion in half.

The amount of onions this called for should probably be halved and you need seasonings and cheese. I doubled the amount of potatoes, added seasoned salt, pepper, a lot of cheese, and butter. It was super bland and oniony with what the recipe called for but after seasoning and going off the script it tastes decent.

Tasty, flavoursome soup. Perfect for a wet and windy winter day.

It was gorgeous and my husband had more and so did I, I'm going to make mushroom soup next time and a chicken soup.

Doubled the recipe for my large soup maker. Forgot to double the cream and milk though and it turned out great! Also used one large leek instead of doubling up.

I added ginger and garlic, so delicious

Great recipe. I didn't have a soup maker so I just boiled the broth, potato, leek, onion for half an hour then used a stick blender to smoothen.

Yummy! Super easy, but wonderful flavours! I would double the recipe though, as this made me only two bowls.... Which I quickly ate myself.

Such a delicious soup!! Cannot get enough of it
