Air Fryer Egg Rolls {Easy Egg Roll Recipe}

Ginger was to overpowering in the first batch. Did it again with a very little ginger. Used coleslaw (cabbage, carrots) to save time. Kids loved the second batch and wanted more. Wife was happy that I finally made something... she was even more excited that it was healthy.

Too much ginger

These are delicious. I omitted the ginger, not a fan, and used a bag of coleslaw mix and a bag of shredded carrots!

Good, but as you can see, the oven method was kinda of an abortion for me. I did make ahead and a few stuck to each other, so I'm on to that. I also dunno how to wrap these tight, but will learn.

Double batch made 15 pork egg rolls. Cut back some on the ginger as it was kind of overpowering

Super delish. Added some protein (TSP) and a little sweet chili mayo sauce.
