rinsed, drained and patted dry, cooked

2 tablespoonsolive oil

2garlic cloves
finely minced or use 1 teaspoon granulated garlic

2 teaspoonscoriander

2 teaspoonssumac
optional, but tasty

1 teaspoonsalt

½ teaspooncracked pepper

1zest from lemon

2 handfulsbaby spinach

tahini sauce
everyday, thin out with a little water, to make it more like a dressing

3 tablespoonsdukkah
or a 2 tablespoons zaatar

3 tablespoonsfresh dill

fresh lemon juice

aleppo chili flakes
