Penne alla Vodka

Did half and half of vodka and water and did 1/2 c heavy cream and 1/2c milk to help make this a lower-Calorie dish.

A favourite!

This is such a simple but seemingly 'fancy' dish, and you don't NEED the vodka. You can keep the spice down by omitting the red pepper flakes to make it kid friendly. The one thing I change is that I don't use tomato puree I use a tube of tomato paste instead
