Creamy Italian Sausage Soup

Cheese is not necessary

A+ recipe! I added some spinach to it and used mini penne. I cooked my penne a minute under al dente. This soup was filling and great for Fall/Winter. My husband absolutely loved it as well.

Added 0.5 tsp of red chili pepper and did not have nearly as much mozzarella as it called for

Yum! Will make again. Used hemp milk and yeast flakes instead of cream because can't have dairy. Savory tomato soup!

If you cook the pasta past al dente, it will be too soft once mixed into the soup. I added a few handfuls of kale and left out the cheese. Used lactose-free whole milk.

Added spinach and shredded carrots. Only used half the mozzarella.

Very good. Even better the next day. I did use spicy Sausage as I was worried that it would be bland.

Delish!! I keep going back for more. I would not do it in one pot, it took about an hour even with us making the base while cooking the noodles.
