1 cuppumpkin seeds
sunflower seeds or walnuts would be a good sub
0.5 boxpasta
cooked and cooled, I used brown rice but use whatever
salt
pepper
Mint Yogurt Sauce
½ cupmint
finely chopped, if you don't like mint you can sub parsley or basil
½ cupplain vegan yogurt
I like coconut
¼ cupolive oil
0.5juice from lemon
2garlic cloves
minced
