If you're a spice junkie, then while preparing the potato mixture, you may also add green chillis and chilli flakes to add that extra zing. The best thing about this recipe is that you can prepare it in a few minutes without making much efforts. Here’s a simple hack to make the potato tender and soft, soaked the peeled and clean potatoes in some lukewarm water with a pinch of salt. This will reduce the cooking time while preparing the dish.
