sella basmati or parboiled rice

1green bell pepper

½ cupgreen peas

¼ cupsweet corn frozen
or canned

green beans

cooked and fried

⅓ cupbeef liver
cooked, diced and fried

Instructions
Step 1
In a medium pot, cook meat with the ingredients listed, boil for 15 -20 minutes. While meat is boiling, prepare your other ingredients.
Step 2
When meat is cooked, separate meat from stock, fry, grill for airfry the meat.
Step 3
Filter the meat broth, return broth back to pot, add washed rice, salt, pepper, curry and bell pepper chunks. Allow rice to boil until cooked but not completely soft. Fluff up, turn off heat and set aside.
Step 4
Mainwhile, devein and fry shrimp, add a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste. also, boil, dice and fry liver if using.
Step 5
In a large wok or saucepan, heat up vegetable oil, fry vegetables starting with the carrots and green beans, add the other vegetables, and salt and the other spices, fry for 6-8 minuets.
Step 6
Add cooked shrimp, liver, rice, stirfry for about 5 minutes then add chopped scallions(spring onions).
Step 7
Stry fry fried rice for 5-8 minutes for the ultimate tasty fried rice and serve with coleslaw, fried meat and fried plantain.
