Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta {with Tomato & Spinach}

Just finished making this (adding the chicken on top) this is sooo good and easy to make!

Great flavour, just need to butterfly chicken breast so it cooks faster.

Substituted the cream for Flora’s plant based cream to mark it dairy free. Was absolutely delicious!

Forgot to add photo, was feeding 5 people and they were hungry! Overall rating from everyone was an 8/10. Used a 3 cheese Italian blend on top of the parmesan and it was a cherry on top. Great comfort meal, having a drink with your meal recommended.

It was bland at first, but I added some Cajun spice to bring up the Italian seasonings

I didn't have penne pasta so I used the whole wheat linguini that I had. Absolutely delicious!

Added a little extra seasoning and parmesan, family raved so I'd call it a win!

SO GOOD. However, the sauce was thin, so I added more cheese and then a bit more of each of the spices to counter the parmasean.

Used Italian seasoned canned tomatoes in place of sun dried tomatoes. Still good flavor, but cheaper if you’re looking to save a little!

Use breaded chicken, thin for cooking time, and apply spices before egg and bread crumbs. Use potato masher to smash tomatoes Use half the amount of cream Add chili flakes to butter and garlic

Instructions Prep Pasta: Boil water in a large pot and cook pasta al dente according to package instructions. Season both sides of chicken breasts with salt garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large heavy duty pan over medium-high heat and cook chicken breasts 5 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside. To the same pan, add the butter and garlic and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add the tomato and spinach and cook 2-3 minutes or until the tomato and spinach are soft and wilted. Reduce the heat and add the heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Whisk until fully incorporated and creamy. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Drain pasta and slice chicken into thin slices or cubes and return to the same pan. Stir to combine and serve!

Cut up chicken first. Double the spices. Full box of penne. Can of dices tomatoes. Romano cheese instead of parmesan and 2/3 cup. Added butter and garlic salt to cooked pasta.

This is a beautiful meal and so quick and easy to make 😄

Milk can be substituted for the heavy cream 1 box of frozen spinach squeezed dry

I cooked for 2 people so we had leftovers and isn't that a delish! Will definitely make more and put more spinach!

Easy to make and full of flavor

Added 1/2-3/4 cup shredded mozzarella to the sauce. Crushed red pepper to the chicken.

I think a little cayenne would be life and use fresh garlic, not the jar minced garlic
