Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, add 1 can of solid white albacore tuna, lemon juice, olive oil, white vinegar and avocado mayo, salt and pepper, everything but the bagel seasoning then mix well.
Step 2
Cut celery in cubes, 2 radishes julienned and 3-4 pickles chopped or cubed then add to the tuna and mix well.
Step 3
Place a generous amount between two toast sandwiches with a slice of Gouda cheese.
Step 4
Toast in a panini press or on any skillet stove top-medium heat! Enjoy warm.
