cooked, drained and rinsed

full fat or semi-skimmed

meat from, whole cooked, shredded, remove the skin

1 Tbspfresh lime juice

2 Tbspcornflour
cornstarch, mixed with 4 tbsp cold water to make a slurry, optional

cilantro roughly chopped
