1 ¼ cupssweetened coconut flakes
sweetened or unsweetened

¼ cupmilk powder
non-fat or regular

¼ teaspoonsalt

2 tablespoonsbutter
melted, salted or unsalted are both fine

2egg yolks

2 ½ tablespoonsmilk

1egg
beaten

1 tablespoonsugar
dissolved in 1 tablespoon boiling water
