use regular if you like

0.5juice of lime

1 tspfish sauce

300gvermicelli rice noodles
cooked, usually gluten-free, but best to check first

0.25cucumber
diced

1red chilli
sliced, I use Fresno chillies, but any medium-heat chillies will do

coriander
cilantro, chopped

lime wedges

1onion
small, peeled and chopped

1red chilli
medium, chopped

1 x 2 cmginger
piece, peeled and minced

2cloves garlic
peeled and minced

1lemongrass stalk
outer leaves discarded, inner part chopped finely, you can replace this with 1tsp of lemongrass paste

1 tspground coriander

1 tspturmeric

½ tspcumin

½ tsppaprika

1 Tbspolive oil
