How To Make Dumplings

Instructions

Step 1
Add all of your ingredients (except the dumpling wrappers and yoghurt sauce ingredients) to your food processor and blend until a thick paste has formed.
Step 2
Get your dumpling wrappers. Place a tsp of the filling into the centre of the wrapper. Bring four corners up into the centre and seal each side to each corner to make a kite-like shape. Then, pinch two corners and fold them together. Do the same on the other side. You should end up with binocular-looking dumplings (feel free to watch my video on Instagram if you're struggling with this part). Repeat this until all of your filling is used up.
Step 3
To boil your dumplings, simply fill up your Ninja Possible Pan with boiling water and place on medium heat. Add in your dumplings and cook for 6 minutes. Remove and serve up with your garlic yoghurt and paprika sauce.
Step 4
To pan-fry your dumplings, place your Ninja Possible Pan on medium heat, drizzle with oil, and add in your dumplings flat side down. Fry for 4 minutes and then add in 1 cm of water. Place on your Ninja lid and steam for 3 minutes. Remove the lid and fry for a further minute. Take out your dumplings and serve up with your garlic yoghurt and paprika sauce.
Step 5
To steam your dumplings, pour 1 inch of boiling water into the bottom of your Ninja Possible Pan. Place on medium heat and add on your steamer element. Transfer your dumplings into the steamer, add on the lid, and steam for 8 minutes. Remove and serve up with your garlic yoghurt and paprika sauce.
Step 6
To make your garlic sauce, combine the yoghurt and garlic together. Add the butter and paprika to a small bowl and place in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Step 7
To serve up, spoon the yoghurt and garlic sauce onto your serving plate. Gently place your dumplings on top, drizzle with your paprika butter, and sprinkle with a few coriander leaves. Serve up and enjoy!
