Pizza Beans / Tomato and Gigante Bean Bake

delicious!! and very filling haha. I added oregano and basil after adding the crushed tomatoes and it made the whole house smell like pizza xD we also left out the kale.

So good, but since husband doesn’t like kale, I may try swapping/removing it in the future.

Good, fun concept, but not great. Make sure not to add bean water if using dried beans - consistency will be too watery.

Really liked this with royal corona large white beans. Used vegan mozzarella (Miyokos) and a jar of pizza sauce instead of of tomatoes (what I had on hand) - still turned out delicious.

Use a longer pan next time, but good. Easily customizable with different pizza toppings.

Simple but good! Added pasta sprinkle (Penzey's) and could do with some chili flakes. Comes together in about 35-50 minutes.
