Had to add additional (oat) milk. Substituted lemon juice for vinegar. Fantastic recipe.

Our favorite...I also add sugar and vanilla to my batter....go to instructions tab...these are the true ingredients...for some reason the ingredients tab is incorrect

Exchange vinegar for lemon juice. Exchange butter for coconut oil.

Add vanilla.

Following someone else's suggestion, I added some vanilla. Definitely added to the recipe

This is our go-to Sunday morning pancake recipe - we find it pretty fail safe. We make a few changes like adding about a tsp of vanilla and a generous handful of chocolate chips. The sour milk method works well when we don't have buttermilk on hand. Also, we omit the salt.
