Add paprika and onions, use less water.

Small jersey royal potatoes were perfectly cooked in the time.

Use chorizo instead of pancetta

Pre boil the potatoes as too hard otherwise. Just using 200g tomatoes for me too

Roasted some white potatoes in Italian seasoning instead of using baby potatoes + subbed the chilli for some chilli powder + we don't add tomatoes . Would add more potato too. Good! Especially with some buttered bread

super easy and great tasting - certainly one to make again and the sauce/paste is incredibly tasty - one to try out on other dishes. served as suggested with a side salad and it was a delight. Looked blackened - but don't be put off by that at all.
