Step 1
In an oiled waffle iron, cook two quarters of waffle batter on medium
Step 2
When waffles are cooked but not yet well done, add tomato sauce, oregano, salt, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni (in that order) to one quarter waffle.
Step 3
Stack the second quarter waffle on top the other slice. Close the waffle iron and cook on low setting until cheese is melted. Remove before waffle burns.
Step 4
Kick back and feel like a kid again. Enjoy!
