Fried veggies
Step 1
Slice the onion and mushrooms.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the onions and fry for about 1min.

Then add the mushrooms and fry for another 2-3 min until soft and brown. Season with salt and pepper.
Sandwich
Step 4
Cut the bagel in half. Spread both sides with butter and toast until golden brown.
Step 5
Place a cheese slice on each bagel half. Melt the cheese with a blowtorch. Alternatively you can bake the bagels in the oven at 200 degree grill station for about 1-2min until the cheese has melted.
Step 6
Spread the bottom bagel half with BBQ sauce.
Step 7
Top it with the salad, ham and fried veggies.
Step 8
Place the other bagel half on top and enjoy!
