2 x 14 ozcans of young jackfruit in water
or brine, drained and shredded

1 cupwater

1 Tbspwhite miso paste

2 tspricevinegar

1 Tbspcaper brine
or sub for another tbsp of rice vinegar

0.5nori sheet
torn

1 tspmushroom seasoning
or sub 1 cube vegetable bouillon

½ tspbeet powder
or sub 1 tbsp peeled fresh beet

1 Tbspflaxseed oil
or sub olive, but flax is best for fishiness
