Easy Beef Bulgogi Bowls

This was really good. I made a little more marinated. And used broccoli. Also I cooked the beef to crispy so some of the marinates would crisp up. So good

Made it without the fried eggs. It was really good without. I might add an egg for breakfast in the morning if we have any leftovers. Lol

I used some cheap ribeyes and made sure to slice them thin using the freezer method. Doubled the marinade. It came out perfect. Added scallion whites when cooking the meat and garnished the greens on top.

Added peas + carrots

Just remember to start the marinade in advance!

I made a variation of this recipe - hot pot beef, kimchi, pickled cucumber and red onion, and instead of marinating the meat, I used the marinade as a dressing drizzled over everything.. Yum. Time consuming but good.

It was really tasty! The marinade was a little sweet so I pickled the cucumbers and that was a great balance!
