Instructions
Step 1
After draining tofu, slice it into 3-4 blocks and then cut vertically and horizontally to make small cubes.
Step 2
Remove half of the seaweed package, then cut into three parts using scissors.
Step 3
Add 4 quarts of water or vegetable broth in a pot to boil (about 6-8 minutes to boil), and then add ramen noodles and the cubed tofu to cook for about 6 minutes. If you’re using water then add 2 bouillon cubes.
Step 4
Add in the miso paste to the cooked noodle and stir well. Add the chopped greens onions and turn heat off and serve.
Step 5
Garnish with more green onions, sriracha sauce and seaweed salad (optional).Enjoy the tasty meal! Bon appetite!
