Instructions
Step 1
Over medium heat, add the olive oil to the pan. Arrange your frozen potstickers in a circle with them almost touching in the center. Allow these to cook for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Create your slurry by mixing the water, flour, and corn starch.
Step 3
Pour the slurry around your potstickers and cover and steam for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the cover and pan fry on medium heat until the liquid has evaporated.
Step 5
Carefully remove your potstickers by bringing your plate all of the way to the pan and turning the potstickers over onto the plate.
Step 6
Create a dipping sauce with chili crunch and soy sauce and enjoy!
