minced/ grated, from 4 to 5 medium cloves

1 cuptomatoes
2 medium chopped finely

piece, Ceylon/cassia

1black cardamom
omit if you don’t like

3green cardamoms
or use 1/4 tsp ground

1 teaspoonsea salt
adjust to taste
