The salsa for this was absolutely amazing, I wouldn't have thought to out the orange lemon and paprika with herbs but it was delicious. Personally I'd just cook the fish my usual way next time, hot and fast rather than low and slow but I'll be making that salsa again and again. I served with rice and some fresh colourful tomatoes.
