for frying

small, finely chopped

700mlvegetable stock
For the brussells sprouts:
3 Tbspolive oil
1 Tbspwhite miso paste
1 tspwholegrain mustard
½ Tbspmaple syrup
150gBrussels sprouts
trimmed and cut in half
Serve with:
fresh thyme leaves
roasted tamari super-seed mix
