juice of

100mlunsweetened plant milk

1 Tbspolive oil
for frying

1white onion
small, finely chopped

2garlic cloves
crushed

130gmillet
rinsed

700mlvegetable stock
For the brussells sprouts:

3 Tbspolive oil

1 Tbspwhite miso paste

1 tspwholegrain mustard

½ Tbspmaple syrup

150gBrussels sprouts
trimmed and cut in half
Serve with:

fresh thyme leaves
tamari super-seed mix
roasted
