Step 1
Cover the bottom of a large saucepan with bacon followed by layers of potatoes leaks and clams or seafood mix with their juices sprinkle the imperial seasoning over the top and pour in the fish broth add enough water until the ingredients are covered and set over medium heat to cook for about 30 minutes until potatoes are soft and flavors are melted together
Step 2
In a small saucepan over medium heat melt the butter and stir in the flour while whisking adding milk and stir until thickens pour this into a large pan with all the other ingredients and cook 5 to 10 minutes more to thicken the broth
