Instructions
Step 1
Squeeze the lemon into a lemon squeezer and get rid of the seeds. Leave on the side.


Step 2
Put olive oil in a bowl and pour the lemon juice into the oil

Wash salad leaves if not pre-washed. Add to a bowl

Rinse all the toppings




Step 5
Cut all toppings.

Step 6
Add the toppings to the bowl filled with salad leaves

Pour some of the olive oil/lemon juice sauce into the salad.
Step 8
Sprinkle on some salt and pine nuts


Step 9
Mix the salad

Step 10
Sprinkle some more pine nuts and serve
