2 dloat cream
2 dlwater
2 tablespoonsblackcurrant jelly
½ tablespoonsChinese soy sauce

Instructions
Step 1
1. Cut the mushrooms into halves or wedges, depending on size. Lightly crush the juniper berries with the side of the knife.
Step 2
2. Heat rapeseed oil in a frying pan and fry vegan meat, mushrooms, juniper berries and thyme until the mushrooms have stopped releasing liquid and both they and the vegan meat have gained some color.
Step 3
3. Add oatmeal, water, blackcurrant jelly and soy. Let cook for 5-10 minutes until the flavors have combined and everything looks wonderfully creamy. Taste with salt and pepper and serve with your favorite potatoes. Garnish with a little parsley if you like.
