Hearty Sausage Traybake
Easy winter fish that can be tweaked with spices and vegetables

Traybake
Step 1
Roughly chop up all the vegetables and place into a large baking tray.
Step 2
Coat the vegetables in salt, pepper, herbs and paprika with the oil. Massage this in and then place into an over at around 180C for 20mins
Step 3
Whilst this is cooking, place the sausages into a frying pan to brown off
Step 4
When the sausages are brown and the 20 minutes are up, place the sausages into the baking tray and mix in with the vegetables.
Step 5
Let this cook for a further ten minutes in the oven at 150C
Step 6
When the ten minutes finish, add the two tins of plum tomatoes and squash them in, mincing into the tray.
Step 7
Also now add the chopped garlic and place back into the oven for ten minutes
Step 8
While the traybake cooks, add the 200 grams of couscous to a bowl with the stock cube crumbled into it.
Step 9
Add 300ml of water to the couscous and mix. Let this set to one side covered for 10 minutes.
Step 10
Once all times finish plate up and enjoy
