Instructions
Step 1
Brown sausage, onion and garlic.
Step 2
Add water, broth, marinara and bay leaves. Simmer for 30 minutes
Step 3
Dice bell pepper and zucchini. Add both and 6oz light rotini (fiber gourmet) and keep at a simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Add salt and pepper to taste, discard bay leaves.
