Instructions
Step 1
Cut up the leeks, carrots, zucchini, and celery

sautee cut up leeks in 2 tbsp of butter, glug of olive oil, for about 5 minutes until they soften/become translucent

Add carrots and celery cooking into they begin to soften, 5-7 minutes
Step 4
Then add zuchini, until it begins to soften, 3-4 minutes
Step 5
add 4 cloves of garlic, cook 1 minute
Step 6
Add 28oz can of crushed tomatoes, 4 cups of vegetable broth, 3 cups of water, and 2 cans of strained cannellini beans.
Step 7
Add teaspoon organo, teasoon basil, 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Step 8
Let it get hot, use immersion blender to thicken and chop things up, 30 seconds - 1 minute immersion blender
Step 9
add 1 cup of orza, then let it simmer for 10 minutes, then maybe add more water
Step 10
Then taste test to see if it needs more salt or spices
