Instructions
Step 1
Make the sauce ideally the night before in a blender
Step 2
Heat up the wok with a table spoon of oil meat has lot in
Step 3
Cool the veg in a wok for 5 to 10 mins
Step 4
Brown the meats 10 mins
Step 5
Add sauce and simmer for 30 mins to an hour
Step 6
Add the herbs and spices with the sauce
