Instructions

Step 1
Start by cooking your noodles with a dash of salt and olive oil in the pot. Do not add noodles until water is boiling.
Step 2
While that boils, start cooking your shallots, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, and bell peppers.
Step 3
Once the bell peppers are cooked, add in your cream, Parmesan, and all of your seasonings.
Step 4
Once that simmers down, add in your shrimp and spinach.
Step 5
Once the spinach is wilted and cooked, add in your noodles and a tad bit of the noodle water.
Step 6
Add more seasoning if needed, or cream/parm. Garnish with basil and enjoy!
