Pizza Cups
Need a last-minute appetizer? Then this is the one everyone will be stuffing their mouths with! 🍕
Ingredients for 10 pieces:
140 g all-purpose flour
140g Greek yoghurt
1 egg
100g ham
100g grated cheese
5 tbsp sugo/tomato sauce
oregano, basil
Instructions:
First, prepare the dough by mixing flour, yogurt and egg. The dough will be slightly sticky. Sprinkle your work surface thoroughly with flour and roll the dough into a rectangle, which you will divide into 10 squares. Place each square in a lightly greased muffin tin.
Place 1 tsp tomato sauce, ham and cheese in each, sprinkle with oregano and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes. Serve ideally still warm!
