HEALTHY BROWNIES 🍫 these are the best protein brownies 😍 soft and fudgey, low calorie, df, gf & refined sugar free. Tag me in your remakes 💖 Ingredients: 1 tin chickpeas 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup SF maple syrup 1/4 cup cacao 1/4 cup protein (discount: amb-Miranda) 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 100g chocolate, roughly chopped Method: 1. Combine all ingredients, except choc chips in a blender and process until smooth. Add a tbs of almond milk to help blend if needed. 2. Fold through chocolate and spread batter into a lined baking tin and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 min (they may seem slightly undercooked but that’s how you want them!) 3. Allow to cool completely before slicing & store in the fridge for up to a week. Recipe makes 12 brownies. Macros (for 12): 128 cals P 6g C 8g F 8g
