Prep
Step 1
Soak seaweed for 20mins

Step 2
Boil 4 cups of water with soup teabags
Anchovy Seafood Broth2 packs
Step 3
Cut beef into bite-sized chunks

Step 4
Drain the soaked seaweed and rinse thoroughly(!) and squeeze out water
Step 5
Rough Chop the seaweed to preference 6in
Soup
Step 6
In a Large Pot
Add Sesame Oil then toast for 20 seconds
Add Garlic then toast for 20 second


Step 7
Add Beef chunks to large pot
Sauté
Add salt and pepper to taste



Step 8
Add seaweed to large pot
Stir in slowly and cook
Stir and cook until seaweed is fragrant (7mins)
Step 9
Add the 4 cups of boiled soup tea bag water to large pot
Step 10
Add Water until full to the large pot
Step 11
Boil then let simmer for 3 hours
Stir occasionally
Add fish sauce, soup soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste
