Instructions
Step 1
Crack two fresh eggs into the bowl, ensuring that no shell fragments are present. Next, add a pinch of salt, a sprinkle of black pepper powder, a teaspoon of green chilli paste, a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, and a handful of finely chopped coriander leaves to the eggs. With a whisk or fork, vigorously combine the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is achieved. Be thorough in your whisking technique to ensure that no lumps or uneven textures remain. This step is crucial in attaining a smooth and well-blended egg mixture, which will enhance the overall consistency and flavour of your dish.

Step 2
Place a pan on a medium flame and allow it to heat up. Add a cube of butter to the pan and let it melt, ensuring the entire surface is coated evenly. Next, carefully pour the prepared omelette mixture into the pan, ensuring an even distribution. Allow the omelette to cook undisturbed until the bottom side is cooked and set. Once the bottom is cooked, gently flip the omelette and cook the other side until it is thoroughly cooked as well. This will result in a deliciously golden and evenly cooked omelette.

Step 3
Now, grate a cheese cube evenly over the omelette, ensuring a generous coverage. Sprinkle chopped green garlic on top for added flavour. Starting from the left side, carefully roll the omelette, followed by the right side, creating a neat and compact roll. Allow the omelette to cook for an additional 20-30 seconds to ensure the cheese melts and the flavours meld together. Transfer the omelette to a serving plate. For an extra touch of richness, drizzle melted butter over the top, if desired. Sprinkle chopped green garlic and fresh coriander leaves as a vibrant garnish. Your delicious omelette is now ready to be served hot and enjoyed!
