1 cupfrozen corn kernels
2 cupspurée corn

medium, peeled and diced
4 tablespoonssoy sauce

1 bunchfresh coriander
chopped
2red chili peppers
sliced, optional

Instructions
Step 1
1. In a large pot, combine the chicken stock, crushed ginger, crushed garlic, shredded chicken, frozen corn kernels, purée corn, diced carrots, green onions, chili, coriander stems, and soy sauce.
