Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 175°C (fan).
Step 2
Dice the onions and transfer to a pan coated with cooking spray. Fry until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the diced red pepper and chili to the pan and cook until the vegetables have softened.
Step 4
Fry the bacon for 4-6 minutes, let it cool slightly and then dice it.
Step 5
4. Mix the bacon, egg whites, grated cheese and vegetables in a bowl and then season to taste.
Step 6
Transfer the contents to a muffin tin and cook in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.
